Things To Remember

1. It is a complete Meal Replacement Programme. No other food is allowed only drinks of Water, Black Coffee and Black, Green or Peppermint Teas. Fruit Teas are not allowed.

2. To reduce any discomfort - aim for 3-4 litres of water a day. Fizzy water is allowed but not flavoured water. You should not be hungry on the diet. If you feel hungry increase your water intake! Hunger is normal for the first 3-4 days until ketosis begins.

3. While your body goes into ketosis expect to feel tired and lethargic. This is normal and temporary and will pass, normally by day 4 you are feeling better so DON'T GIVE UP.

4. By the end of the week most people feel GREAT. After first week you can exercise as you see fit. Increase fluid intake just before you exercise.
